Parochial Vicar

Office: (214) 358-1453 Ext 7112

I was born and raised in Pereira, Colombia. I attended St. Pius X Seminary in the Archdiocese of Villavicencio where I was ordained in November 2000, during The Great Jubilee Year. I also earned my license in religious science and ethics from the University of Juan de Castellanos. My time in the priesthood has been spent partially as a pastor of a parish in Colombia and partially traveling the world on missions in countries such as Ecuador, Venezuela, Mexico, France, Belgium, Uganda, Taiwan and China.

I enjoy reading, watching movies, painting, riding horses and drinking coffee. I am privileged to be at St. Monica and I like the diversity and engagement the community offers. Through the ministry leaders I have already come to learn that the parishioners are very mature in their faith. I feel renewed working here.
