Office: 214-358-1453 Extension: 7107
I am a native Texan, born in Forth Worth, I grew up in Weatherford, Texas, where I attended public school. I attended Holy Trinity Seminary and the University of Dallas. I have been a priest for 38 years, and have served as Pastor of St. Monica for the past seven years. I enjoy reading, especially history and politics; gardening; travel; photography; scuba diving; and snow skiing. It is challenging to lead such a large and diverse community as St. Monica, but I especially enjoy the opportunity to be part of a parish family with so many inspiring people who share their time and their talents in so many ways to make this such a wonderful and welcoming place.

Director of Youth & Young Adult Ministry
I just moved here from Southern California and am excited to be working with the youth and young adults of St. Monica. I have a passion for our amazing Catholic faith, the Sacraments (especially the Eucharist), and the young Church, and I just married my beautiful wife, Alexis, in May. I spent my life in Catholic school all the way through my time at the University of San Diego. I also love food, have an obsession with Dr. Pepper, and am avid baseball fan (sorry Rangers - Go Angels!). I'm excited to be a part of the St. Monica family!
Marriage Ministry Coordinator
I was born in a small town in Zacatecas, Mexico. My family and I moved to Texas when I was six years old. St. Monica has been my parish since 1996 when the Misioneras Catequistas de los Pobres (Missionary Sisters from Monterrey, Mexico) knocked at our door inviting us to partake in the new activities at St. Monica. I have been a volunteer in the different ministries ever since. When I am not at St. Monica I love to travel and have fun with my friends and family. It is a joy to be part of the staff here in my second home. I am truly blessed to have the opportunity to serve my community.

I am originally from Kansas and moved to Dallas in October of 2010, at which time I began working at St. Monica. I am the Bookeeper for the church and school. This includes paying the bills, keeping track of financial information, preparing financial reports, budgeting, and doing payroll. When I am not working, I enjoy watching my favorite sports teams, exercising, playing tennis, and investing. Since I have been working at St. Monica I have found it interesting to see all of the work that goes into the operations of a church and a school. I was born in Savannah, Georgia. With my father being in the Air Force, I traveled extensively throughout my childhood, but Dallas was always home base. In my spare time I enjoy cooking; reading; crossword puzzles; watching scary movies; going to the beach; and above all, I love watching our Dallas sports teams play. I have worked at St. Monica for 16 years. I enjoy the diversity of my job as it allows me to work with our parishioners in many different capacities, from keeping records and contributions up to date, to scheduling rooms for our many organizations; but, most gratifying is being able to help members during their time of loss. It has been a real pleasure to watch St. Monica grow over the years and to be a part of this vibrant community.
