Each month, St. Monica parishioners will provide dinner to the less fortunate "clients" of Austin Street Homeless Centre, located near downtown Dallas. Dinner includes sandwiches, bananas, hard-boiled eggs, desserts and milk/juice.
Volunteers and are asked to prepare or purchase one of the above dinner items. Then, you are asked to drop the food off at St. Monica the food at the Family Center kitchen (located in the back of the lower lounge, room 109) on the day we serve dinner. You are always welcome to go down to the Centre and serve with us, but that is at your discretion.
It's easy! You can serve every month or on occasion.
