NOTE FROM FATHER DOUG

Bishop Kevin Farrell, The Bishop of Our Diocese has asked Father Antonio Liberman to take a three month sabbatical for Pastoral Formation preparation. We pray that this will be a great help to him as he prepares for further service to our Diocese in the future. Until a permanent replacement is named by the Bishop, I will be taking care of San Juan Diego Mission with the help of outside priests who are available. I ask for your patience as this will necessitate adjustments in my schedule and availability to attend the many organizational meetings.

Caregiver Relief (Respite) Training Program offered through The National Council of Catholic Women

We need volunteers to help the caregivers of our parish. The need is great; the laborers are few.  We need people to be a companion to the homebound of the parish while their caregiver gets a chance to get out of the house for a couple of hours.

We offer the training and will pair each volunteer with pre-screened caregiver.
