COFFEE & DONUTS PROGRAM

Coffee and donuts is an adjunct of the Hospitality Committee.
 
Our duties include scheduling Ministries to host each of the 3 Masses at 7:30, 9, and 11 on Sunday, stocking the pantry each week, determining the number of donuts to be ordered each week and placing that order, and ensuring that each group that hosts has a pleasant experience. To that end, we have streamlined the procedure trying to make it as painless as possible.

If, for some reason, the scheduled host cannot fulfill its commitment, or needs help in volunteers, our committee fills in.
  
The coffee & donut program is a great way for Ministries to try to increase their number of volunteers as well as being a wonderful way of meeting new
people in the St. Monica community.
