Trail to 1st Class

A scout's first year in the troop begins on the "Trail to 1st Class" (TFC). During this time, the scout learns basic Boy Scout principles and camping skills.

		The ranks attained on the Trail to First Class are:
		Scout
		Tenderfoot
		2nd Class
		1st Class
