Scout and Adult Information Packets

Every Scout in the Troop should have received a packet containing the current records for the Scout as well as any parent information the Troop has on file. The packets were available at last week's Court of Honor, and those that were not picked up were mailed. Please let Cindy Grimshaw, Michael Burns or me know if you do not have a packet.

It is very important that we get the information back from you as soon as possible. We need to change any incorrect information for the Scouts and make sure that all adult leaders have the required clearences and training. Please read the back of the green sheets for more information about the importance of these issues.

Getting this information processed is time consuming, which is why I would like to encourage everyone to return the blue and green sheet(s) at the meeting on Monday the 8th but no later than at the meeting on the 15th.
