Here is the announcement from last week's meeting.

Welcome to the first annual Troop 412 ski trip to Wolf Creek, CO. All for $450!* A $100.00 (non refundable) deposit holds your spot! Deposit due asap (preferably Nov. 26, 2007.) Balance of $350 (less your fundraising balance) is due January 7th. We will be traveling with troop 800! Space is limited, so don't wait to sign up! (Ideally, I'd like to take 8 adults and 24 scouts).

Wolf Creek is located in the San Juan/Rio Grande National Forest; Highway 160, Wolf Creek Pass; between Pagosa Springs and South Fork, CO; 75 miles east of Durango, CO.; 65 miles west of Alamosa, CO.

This trip includes:
  • Chartered Bus
  • Hotel
  • Ski and snowboard rentals, lift tickets, and 1½ days ski lessons as needed. (Board lessons are extra).
  • All meals and snacks included
Departure from Dallas:January 18, 2008
Parking Lot at Walnut Hill Elementary School across from the Scout Hut 6:00 PM
Bring dinner or eat prior to departure.

Arrive at Ski Lodge:January 19, 2008
Approximately 8:00 AM Mountain Time

Departure from Lodge:January 21, 2008
Approximately 1:30 PM

Arrive in Dallas: January 22, 2008
Parking Lot across from the Scout Hut by 6:00 AM,
rested and ready for school
