Poinsettia and Wreath Delivery
The poinsettias and wreaths will be delivered to St. Monica today, and must be distributed this weekend. We had great sales this year, and that means we need your help and cooperation to get everything distributed this weekend.Personal & Internet Sales
Scouts may pick up their orders in the Church vestibule today (Friday) 3-4 PM or Saturday 9-10 AM. These are orders that you will deliver to your customers who were kind enough to order from you.Mass Sales
We need help distributing the mass sales at all of the masses this weekend. Boys who work will receive sales credit for masses worked. Scouts must be in uniform and sign in with Mrs. Chittoor after communion.Final Plea for Help
"I'll see what I can do.""That doesn't fit my schedule. Can I come another time?"
"I have a report to work on this weekend. I can't fit mass and 10 extra minutes into my schedule."
The poinsettia sale is a big event to manage for the troop. It will take 3-4 hours this morning just to unload the truck and sort the hundreds of plants. All these excuses and many more just mean that our volunteers in charge of Christmas sales will have leftover plants on Sunday night. Then we have to make phone calls, take stuff home, and generally deal with issues that could have been easily resolved at the times stated above.
Therefor, this is a plea to please pick up your orders today from 3-4, or tomorrow from 9-10, or work at masses this weekend.
