Scouting by Bat Patrol

In Spagetti Dinner I had fun so much. I felt so proud of my self. I helped out so many people in the cafeteria. There was a lady that we helped a lot. And she was so nice because she gave Charlie a dollar bill but we couldn’t take it because she was so kind.

I went to Webelos Woods. I set up the tent and I enjoyed helping set up of camp fires. I thought the barrel racing was really fun. At knite it was fun because we played in the dark.

I like being a boy scout because I’m able to do prodjects that I like. I can talk to my friends while I do fun things. The whole group laughs and talks about a few things about boy scouts like how to be a good trooper, a good citizen, and that you need to obey the law. I think that’s why it’s a fun thing.

I like webelos woods. I did 2 1/2 chin ups I went to the lake I got stuck in quick sand I caught a bolt with a fishing rod. I beat a record I jumped 6 1/2 with a stick the person that was judging me, connor, and christofer the guy $50.00 to do it. That was what I like about camping.

It was about miday. We had orginized a group of about 6-7 people. We were going down to the beach.

We saw some other boy scouts they were fishing.

We had found some cool things: shells, old tires, one snail and the worst part, quicksand.

My foot was stuck. I was sinking no one in sight except my buddy. We thought quick my buddy grabbed a stick and pulled me out.

Then we looked at each other. We burst out laughing.

We both looked like sand zombies. And because of the buddy system I’m still here.

On friday me and my den went webelos woods. On sat, we went to a staition Charlie and me won the first staion and we moved on to ready man and different staiton. At night we played and ate dinner the next moring we played football and left.

It was awesome! At webelos woods I went fishing and I lost my bait 3 times. Also I have lots of friends so I never got bored. At WW I widdled a lot and I made a spear! On the shore of Lake Lavon I found pliers and lots of interesting stuff. I loved Webelos Woods.

I loved webelos woods. It was fun. The most fun part of it was going on a walk at the lake though I don’t think Evan had fun. He got stuck in quicksand. I realy had fun staying up late telling spooky stories. We found interesting tracks in the sand. It was nice and cozy by the fire.

In Webelos we get to go to Webelos Woods.  Webelos Woods is at Lake Lavon. I had fun. There were stations. At the stations we learned a lot. That’s one of the things I like about scouting.

I went to Webelos Woods, we had the best time on tent pitching. I won on barrel rolling with Chris. I took a long hike. It was the best time I ever had.
