Music Ministry at the Church of St. Monica

Fine Arts Committee

The St. Monica Fine Arts Committee was launched in 2008 to assist the Pastor and Director of Music in leading and strengthening the artistic life of St. Monica Parish. Since its inception, the committee has assisted in developing numerous special events and programs such as:  

·         Performances of Handel’s Messiah in 2008 and 2009
·         Concert of the University of North Texas A Cappella Choir
·         Performance of the Schubert Mass in G and Faure Requiem of the St. Monica Choir
·         Concert and Residence of the Cantoria Alberto Grau of Caracas, Venezuela
·         Growing and strengthening of the St. Monica Children’s Choir program from only a few singers to over 150.
·         Upcoming tours of the St. Monica Choir and St. Monica Middle School Choir.
